Austin is the best! Austin is fully dedicated to you and therefore your process and your loan. He first (and ongoing) worked as my teacher and encourager, no matter how much I needed brought up to speed, Austin did it patiently and respectfully. He quickly generates trust and strives for your satisfaction throughout. He was the active quarterback for all the players involved in getting my loan to happen and to happen on time. He was my ever-present middleman when I needed to provide inputs; I did very very little after the upfront form with my information. He led all the others in a seamless process. He was working on my behalf late at night and early morning, seemingly available 24/7. I am 110% happy, would certainly use Austin again and could not recommend anyone more highly!
